I was wondering if there are transfer students for graduate school. I think i heard that you can transfer to a different graduate school if you are a chem major or some science major but i was wondering it this was possible for english majors. If anyone knows then please tell me.

At my school, out of the 30 credits required for the M.A., only 6 can be taken at another institution. So I'd suggest you check with the school to see if and how many credits they will accept as transfer credits.
Transferring grad schools is not unheard of, but I think most people transfer/change schools after, for example, they've gotten their master's and want to do their phd somewhere else.

I think this is generally possible for PhD programs. It's certainly possible for law schools.
