It's prepaid, and my per-minute rate is: $1 per day, unlimited incoming calls; 30¢ per minute, outgoing calls
The long distance rate is for within Canada and to the U.S. is 30¢ per minute at any time of the day, billed by the minute.
So basically, there's no difference in the price of me making a long distance call and a local outgoing call.
Now the phone card I have. It's one of those cheap 5 dollar phone cards you get at a convenience store. Usually it charges me 1¢ per minute when I use it on my homephone.
My question is, if I use that phone card on my cell to make a long distance call, will it affect my airtime? Will I be charged the 30 ¢ per minute along with the 1¢ per minute from the phone card, or what? If not, what happens?
Thanks
