i cant ever read anything korean on my computer... like i have korean music and the titles are korean. but it just comes out funny symbols and questions marks cant anyone help me?

You don't need to do the keyboard part, just go to the language tab and check the box for Install fonts for East asian language support. You WILL need the XP disk for it.
