Just wondering, because some caucasians I know certainly like to make that a point. If you have eaten it what does it taste like, and what did you think while you were eating it?

Personally, I like dogs cats and monkeys, so I can't think about eating one. I understand if other cultures do that, but I wouldn't eat one myself. Like how India sees cows as a sacred animal (am I right? correct me if I'm wrong please), and Americans eat beef almost daily.

The most "exotic" meat I've ever eaten was frog, and it's not that bad. It looks like fish but tastes like really smooth chicken.

I've eaten dog meat when I was in China for vacation. I didn't really know what it was so I popped on into my mouth. It just tasted like leathery fat.
It wasn't anything special...

if I ever go to asia, I wouldnt hesitate to try it, meat is meat ? it's not like your eating your own pet dog, these dogs they use in restaurants were bred for food, not as pets.

I also heard horse meat was really good? it's very popular in europe, they often make sausages with horse meat, I would like to try some of that too.

No. I don't even eat Lamb. But my dad ate Dog Meat before, and my mum used to own a monkey when she was younger.. and apparently one day her dad killed it and sold it.

That's like... I have 4 pet parakeets... thats like... grabbing them out of their cage and cooking them for lunch! -screams- Can't even think of that. Well if it was some other parakeets that will be fine, but I won't eat the parakeet meat in front of my own birds haha... oh man I sound cruel.

I wouldn't eat it. But some people are less fortunate so I wouldn't blame them. But I heard their was once a resturant in Vancouver, they used dogs/cat heads for soup. Until someone found out and they had to close the place down. But I would never want to try it. The most exotic thing I ate would be a quail/ duck not including seafood.
