i guess thats a confusing title, lol i was wondering if i bought an MP3 player from, say , korea, and its not sold in the US, would i still be able to charge it in the US? because the charger or whatever wouldn't be compatible with US outlets right? i dont want to buy an mp3 player and not be able to charge it when i get home, lol.

and would everything else be compatible too, like software, USB ports, etc?

These days most Korean mp3 players are recharged with USB cable like the iPod which means you can use it anywhere as long as you have a computer. And if it charges separately, then you can just get a voltage adapter.

^ oh, and i didn't buy that yet, but i'm planning to buy it on gmarket ^^ its 246 without shipping, i think shipping was about 22 dollars, so max it'll be 270? ^^ did you want the link? gmarket is the only place i've found that has it and ships overseas.

voltage adapters are dirt cheap. u probably could get one on ebay for 99 cents, everytime i buy get a new cellphone, the dealer throws in a adapter for free~
