The mod that you are speaking of in this incident is actually someone that is extreamly fair and has been for as long as I've been on this forum.

How are you going to get mad just because I said I notice more white beggar on the street??? I don't care if it is true or not, but that's what I see. I want to know how come they are getting it hit hard by the recession than people of color? Someone said maybe it's because of my neighborhood and I realize that it is probably is.

When you look for a pattern you find one. The truth is, if you weren't racist, you wouldn't even see the color of someone's skin. It's when you use their race as the basis for your impression of that person that creates the situation where you're viewed as a "racist". Let's be honest here, you scream to the high heavens that you give them money, well good for you but you aren't the only person that has given money to the homeless (the term begger is even worse to use because it just implies that you look down at them.) They are down on their luck and a helping hand is a good thing, but I don't think any of them would ever appreciate being called a begger. I've given countless people money, god help me if I can target only one race group and I live an area where one race is pretty dominate. It's not the race that matters, it's the fact that another human being needs help. Maybe you see more people down on their luck and asking for help - that doesn't mean you should just target one race and call it out.

It wasn't the race you used, it was the fact that you even noticed the stinking race. Get off of your high horse and actually grow up and look around you. You ask ignorant questions and when someone calls you on it - you call it condesending and you turn it around to say that we're racist? Lets face the facts here, nobody here has pinpointed a race to any specific class for anything from the "truly rich" being this race or that race. You have a right to your opinion and your questions but when you voice them on a public forum in an offensive manner, be ready to deal with the consiquences. Maybe you honestly have not had enough exposure to the world and have been so sheltered that you have an inability to interact with other people without offending them - maybe it's a language barrier, whatever it is - get off of your high horse, stop thinking that you're better or more intelligent than anyone else here and learn something from it. Apologize for your mistake and move on instead of throwing a temper tantrum and expecting the rest of us to feel bad about it. Not one thing was said in that post about what you said that wasn't true.

If you look at the way you phrased the question it was non chalant and ignorant. It was insenstive and to anyone out there could have suggested a person that honestly was racist or just didn't care. You are not superior to anyone here or anyone that may not have a home that you're giving money to - you just had more blessings than that person. Get over yourself and learn something from the mods and the people that posted that waht you said was offensive instead of saying things like you want to "punch" them, seriously - are you in your 20's? I remember you from a few years ago - you came on this section and did the exact same thing. You posted things that offended a lot of people here and when everyone came down on you for it - you cried out that you were being abused and you wouldn't come back. Well you're back, I would hope that you would have learned something from the first time and learned to be more sensitve about the things you post but I guess not. Not everyone has to have the same opinons and not everyone is as PC as everyone else but there is a line that should not be crossed and you crossed it with that post. From the use of the word "begger" to targeting a race, you offended a lot of a people. Instead of just letting it go and knowing to not say it anymore - you call everyone stupid. That right there, proves your immaturity. No, people are not going to understand your temper tantrums or your threats or fits, that's like giving into a 5 year old who constantly screams and yells for random things, whether right or wrong. Eventually, the screaming and yelling gets annoying and you just ignore the kid.

I really do hope you find a forum with people that have the same opinons, soompi has been here for 11 years and it'll be here for 11 more. If you don't like it, if you don't agree with everyone on here - sorry for that. If you find yourself wanting to come back here and you haven't been banned for your ignorant comments then I would hope that you would learn to watch your words and learn from the diverse opinions on here instead of taking it like you're being abused.

I think people should chillax. Seriously, it's not a huge huge deal that people need to go all emotional about. I used to get all mad too when I read annoying things on forums that people posted, but now if there is an ignore poster option, I use it. And if not, I try to just ignore it unless it's a personal attack. Because seriously, not everyone is going to see the same way you do and getting all tied up abotu it is a waste of everyone's time.

I heard from a friend that Cardavenue was a good place to buy gift cards at a discounted price because you're buying from other people. It's like eBay where you can bid on the cards and they also have a trading option. I ended up winning a bid on a PacSun card worth $35 for $15 and I emailed the guy telling him that I would like the numbers on the card through email and for him to mail it out. Well, he sent me an email telling me that I haven't paid yet when I have. So I screen printed my Paypal activity account and send it to him as proof because he was all like, "You need to show me proof. blah. blah. blah"

It's been two days and I never receive an email from him, so I emailed him again that if he wasn't going to reply to my emails he should just return my money. He finally emails back telling me that I should "Calm Down." and then making up excuses that he's a full time students and doesn't have every waking moment to reply to my emails. HELLO?! I'm a freakin' full time student with a TWO part-time jobs and a damn family to take care of! Of course I know how it would feel like but I still have 5 minutes to email you about something, especially when it's about an transaction!! What kind of shi.tty seller are you to avoid your buyer's question and tell them to "calm down" when they email you why you haven't replied? I work 7am-1pm, have classes from 1-5pm, and work again from 5-9pm. Oh, and I have to stay up and do homework for math and chemistry, but I still take 5 minutes out of my time to email you and I'm sure you can take 5 minutes out of your damn "busy" schedule to email me back.

OH! Stupid guy even have the nerve to tell me that I have to pay for shipping when it clearly state on the listing page that he's responsible for it. I better receive that gift card within a week or I'm going to start a Paypal dispute with this dumb bastard.
