I've never gotten a ticket until...I've been in California for 2 1/2 months, received two traffic violation tickets, each one about $500.

^ Omg, I so understand how that feels. I just ignore them and tell myself I have the upperhand in this because they feel inferior to me. Ok that sounds vain but it's true. Haha.

I hate it how society acts on how a person dresses themselves. I usualy dress down in my scrubs/ sweats here at the hospital, but I felt like playing dress up this morning and wore a semiformal dress/cardigan and kitten heels to work. Usually I would just blend into the background (I like it that way), but today as I went to IT to pick up a hardware for one of my physicians, I was treated with more respect. The IT guys thought I was going to a conference. Hilarious. Just my rant of the day.

OH. I can't believe Marcus has the NERVE to invite me to his bbq tomorrow night after he bluntly stated he was leading me on.

i'm getting a little fed up with having to pretty much babysit my cousin who is visiting from taiwan. she's been here for like... almost 3 weeks. she is not a child; she's 16. ok, she's a minor and i'm legal, but whatever, i'm still not her mom. i have like tons of crapload of stuff to do, and i have to throw away my time and money just to make sure she gets all her souvenirs from soho?? she stays up late and i'm a light sleeper, so with her sleeping with me i can't sleep without earplugs and eye cover. gah;aslkdjf;alksdjflkghahh1! i need some PEACE and alone time dang it.

This studio is... disappointing.
I mean, I didn't expect it to be pristine, but isn't it a courtesy to clean before tenants move in? Guess not.

I wish I was 18 again..start my freshman year of college over..the first 2.5 years of college was the best of my life...all I did was roadtrip, party, hang out with my housemates, meet tons of new people, and occasionally cram lol. those were the days when you were proud of being young..happy to be just 18 and not waiting to grow up because it was just so much fun...

There really is not much to look forward to post-college. no wonder my older friends were so miserable after they graduated..I thought YOU'RE FINALLY FREE! but they were miserable..who wants to sit at a desk 9-5, Monday-Friday?? Not me. Well I don't but still..getting older is just filled with burdens..not even looking forward to marriage and children..I'm at the age where parents expect me to support myself but I can't b/c I'm buried in student loans. Wedding bells are ringing all around me, just not my own. I'm still young yet...it's a different type of young...
