I'm standing in the kitchen when I hear my sister say to my other sister across a table:
OMG you're so retarded, you can't even knot a bag.

Despite being annoyed at times of her behavior, of course I am going to come to her defense.
That is completely uncalled for. She has autism and schizophrenia and yet you used the word 'retarded' etc in front of her face?!
That is a such a disrespectful slur for a 'mentally ill person'.
How dare you say that to her. And yet when I tell you otherwise, you defend your actions?!

you came over to apologize for your action at the wedding. i commend that, i really do but you screwed up when you blamed the coordinator of the venue for printing out the wrong revisions for the seating chart. i don't care if you had to revise the seating chart 5-6 times, family is family. you can revise it a million times and still have our families with each other. instead, you blamed the coordinator for printing out the wrong copy and that you had no time to move our family to a closer table to the rest of the relatives. you even put your dad's only niece behind us, which is just about as screwed up as it'll get.
like i said, my sister and her husband could careless where you stuffed them but you shoved my mom in the corner away from the rest of her sisters. you separated our crazy cousin from her family and put her with my sister. and last but not least, you had no idea that i didn't have a seat ANYWHERE.

you can argue and say that it was your fault and that you take responsibilities but in the end, we're still family and you should've considered that instead of catering to the other people whom are just in laws where we're related by blood. after the next get together, my family is cutting ties with yours. things will just repeat themselves and we're sick of it. i'm sick of being used and thrown aside when the favorite comes around.

Why can't I get a job? I can't even get one that doesn't require experience/qualifications. I've almost had enough of volunteer work. I haven't earnt a cent in 2 decades of living.

THIS article: This app-etite is sickening: Men indulge demeaning stereotypes of Asian-American women on iPhones

The sad thing is that it is encouraged in ipod applications.
Not only that but when I read:
QUOTE
In 2000, two Japanese women in Spokane, Wash., were raped by two white men and a woman who admitted to having a sexual fetish for "submissive" Asian women and targeted them because they believed the women's submissiveness would prevent the assaults from being reported.

My heart dropped a little.
I remember self-defense class in middle school and would gladly beat the sh t out of them if that happened to me...

I hate working with Korean people!!! (i'm Korean by the way)
They do this superior, authority with age.... because i'm the youngest they always make me go out of my way to go pick up coffee, using my own gas, take care of their non-work related business.....

Today i had to go pick up coffee for all my co-workers even though originally i was hired saying, this is america so your co-workers can't pull stuff like that. But of course the manager doesn't know about it because i can't say anything since my co-workers are older than me. If i try to say anything... "then who else is going to do it? your going to make me? the older person do it?" what the john tesh.... On top of that, one of them made me take her stupid package and take it to the post office and wait in freaking line for an hour.

You know what sucks? i really don't want to work with them and for them... but there are no other jobs out there.... and i can't even tell my parents this because they would just worry and be sad....

I can't wait for the economy to get better so that i can get out of there...

I'm tired of work. I'm tired of the people at work. Of their double standards, hypocrisy, and uselessness. Screw your consistency spiel and designs and bollocks. I'm tired and jaded and bloody regretting my decision to stay on for a few more months. This sucks.

I really hate the weather here...it doesn't make sense. Why does the West coast get so much warmer than the east coast? Toronto is more south than Vancouver yet Vancouver gets all the nice temperatures? doesnt make any sense. Its so unfair to shovel snow and crap over here while people in the south and the west get sunshine all year round. Man, I really do want to get out of here as soon as I can. Other thing I don't like about Canada aside from the weather is the taxes. Why do we have to get our taxes raised during a recession? Why are our home prices going up yet across the border is the same house for 1/4th the cost? Yet despite all this obvious speculation my parents went and bought property here anyway. Why? For that money they could've owned 3-4 properties in the US. Their answer: distance. To me, that's just a stupid excuse. You would let something like distance prevent you from getting in on a good opportunity? I said back in April that houses were going to go up soon and guess what, now they are on their fifth consecutive month up. *sigh* distance huh...distance sure didn't prevent my parents from moving to Canada. And why did they have to bring me up in such a crappy town anyways...no chinese people so I lost my chinese and have to relearn it, crappy high school with no computer science programs, half the people in the school smoked weed. God it would be nice to relive my childhood in a town of MORE than 30,000 and actually have INTELLIGENT people to hang out with. Their refusal to help me move to the US is staggering. I asked them if a house down there were a measly $40,000, (that's about 1/10th of what they paid for the Canada property btw) they STILL wouldn't consider it. I mean WTH...they know I want to move down there, they know my brother wants to go to school down there...why the heck they have to make it so hard for me and my brother? Now I have to get a visa, find an employer who's willing to hire a foreigner, etc so much paperwork and luck for what? because they didn't want to deal with the 'distance'. soemtimes I wonder if they really care for my future or they want me to work hard for everythign myself..

My skin feels so dry and itchy and hurts right now. Ugh, I feel so frustrated with everything. Nothing is working out correctly. Ready to crawl in a hole die right now :| My artwork sucks, my portfolio sucks. Can't even think correctly to complete my application essay. I just want to burn all of my work and start over. I hate it. All of it. I am really feeling the pressure now and I'm just barely and my breaking point. How am I going to pull everything together?? It's impossible. Not to mention I am so tired and physically defeated. I am so screwed. I wish everyone would stop telling me I am so good at what I do because I suck compared to other people. Maybe I just need to start all over again. I just want to get this over with even though I am pretty sure I am not getting in. There's just too much talent and I just can't keep up with everybody else.

I really want to tell this all to my friend, but I am afraid I'll come off as incredibly whine-y. I can't even tell my parents because they don't even want to pursue this major. There's just too much pressure. Too much bad crap is going on right now. I keep telling myself I can't do it because I am afraid. I only get 1 chance a year. One slim, tiny, miniscule sliver of chance. I just need to take a leap, but I am scared of crashing and burning >.>

FML.

I am posting this to warn you of something that happened to me, as i have become a victim of a clever scam while out shopping.
Here's how the scam worked:
Two seriously good-looking 18-year-old girls come over to your car as you are packing your shopping in the trunk.
They both start wiping your windshield with a rag and Windex, with their breasts almost falling out of their skimpy t-shirts. It's impossible not to look.
When you thank them and offer them a tip, they say 'No" and instead ask for a ride to another Wal-Mart. You agree and they get in the back seat.
On the way, they start having sex with each other. Then one of them climbs over into the front seat and performs oral sex on you, while the other one steals your wallet.

I had my wallet stolen Tuesday, Wednesday, twice on Thursday, again on Saturday, and once again on Sunday.
Once more into the buffet
Into the last good bite I'll ever know

Next time, bring a wallet worth $5. It'll be worth it!

The girl who I've considered to be my best friend for 15 years got married and I didn't even know about it!!! I only found out on facebook because of the wedding pics that her husband posted and she was tagged. They only had a civil wedding. Her parents were present and 3 of her friends from where she lives. We live in different states in the US. I only looked at a couple of pics and I couldn't look at the rest anymore because of the hurt and anger that I felt, plus tears started streaming down my face. The wedding took place a few days before Christmas. We only exchanged text messages to greet each other for the holidays but other than that, she didn't tell me about the wedding. I did not want to call her and she didn't even try to call me. She didn't even tell me that she got married in a text message. Until now, she hasn't told me that she's married. Because of this, I un-friended her on facebook and blocked her. I erased her info on my cell. I've always thought that she saw me as a best friend the way that I considered her as mine. I have no issues with the guy/husband but my issue is about the friendship. I'm always the one who keeps in touch with her...phone calls, emails, text messages. She would say that she's been busy with work and I believe that since she had to hold 2 jobs coz she has to help out her parents. As much as I don't want to admit it, I felt neglected but I tried to be understanding with the situation. I thought about calling her or emailing her and telling her how I feel but I didn't want to bother her with my issues because she's a newlywed and I didn't want to rain on her parade. I'm pretty sure they're going through a lot so I've decided to just let her go and I hope she has a good life... I really mean it...

ROFLMAO! freaking hilarious. Only you Eli, only you.

I usually don't rant, but I feel like complaining.

Dropped my cell phone in the toilet today, unfortunately before I could flush. Got it out before it could really get soaked, but it stopped working for a couple hours.....

Cleaned it with some lysol cleaner, but I swear it still has the faint smell of pee... I hate being so freaking clumsy sometimes.

Anyone need to make a call? tongue.gif

This week is going to be a pain in the ass at work. Basically travelling all over Korea in 4 days to fix f'd up networks. So I get to drive for like 4 hours, to fix something in 30 minutes, and then drive back. And I hate driving in korea, being that im usually driving govt vehicles im afraid to crash and everyone on korean roads drives insane in comparison to the US.

...Well, least it's a 4 day weekend this week.

Ahahahahaha glad to know I piss off a certain BNF at a different forum with my GIF spamming. I want to use five GIFS for every comment I make there now.

Turning a year older....I've realized this year that life IS slow. I used to fear that life would rush past me and I have to do everything as fast as I can before it passes me by. But now....I realize that life will still be here tomorrow. I still have time to plan it out.

Ulgh, God, please just.....go away. You annoy me. I want to drink alcohol whenever you're around, go away. Go away. Stop talking. Go away.

$6.30 for a sandwich...FML...who's smart idea was it to build a university on a tourist destination?!
With fast metabolism and frequent meals I'm gonna go broke this semester....

All prices are jacked up if you want food. No affordable student housing nearby. You're lucky to catch the rare bus, which stops just outside the school, a fifteen minutes walk. Most of the time, you'll be catching the other much more frequent buses, which stop thirty minutes away. So much waking...running rather. Last semester, once, I was two minutes late, and a teacher gave me hell for it. I'd like to see you time a two hour transit trip perfectly!

OH but I forgot the Olympics are coming, and my school is still up and running. My two hour transit trip is probably going to turn into four I'm guessing; since it's predicted to bring in crowds larger than what is normally seen at the fireworks...FML That means I'll have to take the 5am bus, yet I'll have to walk to the station since the other bus doesn't run at those hours; meaning add forty minutes of walking time just to get to the first bus...FML Guess I'll be out the door at 4am...
