im having trouble putting videos on my mp3, it worked the first time i got it but now it keeps saying "converting unsuccessful"
even though the videos that i select are in WMV or AVI.
I really dont know what is going on, i mean i even uninstalled the software and reinstalled it again and it still doesnt work!
I was wondering could it be the windows media player....coz on the cd software it asked me would i like to install windows media player 10..but then i've upgraded it to 11.
Plllleeeaaasseee help
