So what is everyones opinion to the redesigned mdx with more space more horse power and a sleeker look?

iono i dont like honda's new designs like the CRV? wtf were they thinking? it looks like its missing something!! and iono their styling is going down.. imo hyundai's look much better..

haha isnt that nice.. i would think they'd want my money if they want to keep their sales up...wouldn't one sale help their company? i think so.. so im pretty sure they care about what I as a consumer think. Look at BMW, when they released the new 5 and 7 series designs, they found that consumers didn't like what BMW was doing to the designs, so when they were redesigning the 3-series, they tried to be more conservative on the new stuff. Subaru had the same problem with their new WRX/STi's, people didn't like the design therefore lost alot of sale, now they're working on a new design hoping to regain sales when that one gets released. so THEY do need/care about/want me.

You DO understand that the vast majority of automobile manufacturers don't actually make most of their profits from the car but more on the consumer's financing of the car in question. And guess what, there ARE people who like the new generation of automobiles coming out, so I STILL don't think your opinion is worth giving a damn. I mean that's the only explanation for the sheer amount of people I see with the new 5 & 7 series you mentioned, but what do I know? Just because you won't (most likely can't afford to) buy certain cars, doesn't mean others won't. People don't buy certain moderately expensive cars because they like how they look, but what am I thinking? Seriously though, your opinion is crap if 10 other people disagree with you and buy the car, and in fact I'm sure hundreds of thousands probably disagree with you...so that obviously means no one cares about what you think... especially the automobile manufacturers.

well the only reason im asking is because my dad is thinking about purchasing this car and i want the opinions of soompi because the experts give this car a 9.1/10 and the consumers give it like a 9.2 or something like that

go check the car out at a dealer, u know, play around with the stuff inside, test drive it. thats what my parents did when they were getting our minivan. after looking at the sienna and the odyssey, they found the odyssey to be more practical so they bought the odyssey. took a lot of time too haha..so yea, go check the car out. it's fun to go test drive cars and play around with the electronics inside. but the fun ends when u go to work on the price
