Hey how do you know if the colleges have received your scores? I know usually the universities/colleges will update their websites with your status.. but on the collegeboard site, there's a section under my SAT > send scores called history of sent scores. one of the columns is "process date." Does that "process date" mean collegeboard sent out the score on that day? And also, does collegeboard send out a hardcopy? So it should take 3 days or less to go from NJ to CA, right?

Is anyone really clear on how the score sending to colleges from collegeboard process works? Could someone explain to me what happens and what all that "process date" stuff is?

Haha thanks for helping! I'm so nervous because on the letter I got from t he UCs saying they got my applications, there was a line saying "if we don't receive your scores by late january, your admission could be jeopardized." And I only went to the website to send to the UCs on 12/22.. and I didn't rush the report. Do you think the UCs will get my scores by then?

collegeboard says it takes 3-5 weeks for the college to receive it. if you go to the https://www.ucapplication.net/ucap/
i think they tell you if they've got your scores on file yet or not--mine has one section of "self reported" and one of "official reported"...so if the official reported scores are filled out, i think they've got your scores

gah they haven't gotten my score yet. what does the process date thing mean? does that mean they officially received it on that day and it's in their long queue of stuff to send or something? TT_TT

chi...the day that it was suppose to be in (on their website) but their was a problem so it got delayed....and delayed again...and again...until the SAT score got sent by mail. So i end up getting my score by mail when usually it suppose to be first handscore on the collegeboard.com
