Yeah thats just a 30 day trial though.
Gimp isnt bad http://www.gimp.org/windows/ I have this nice version for the thumbdrive thats all setup so I find it nice and portable. Legal too. =)

^^ yup... trial versions from the adobe website. i think most of them are 30days.
