5 Things You Can Drink To Lose Weight

1. Ice cold water
Why does it help you lose weight?
It’s simple... your body has to burn calories (or fat) in order to heat the ice cold water back up to your body temperature. The amount of calories you burn (and the weight you lose ) will rack up over time as you drink Ice cold water everyday.

I drink the first 3 everyday. Wohoo!

but milk just 1 serving though.. 3-4 serving a day..that's alot o_O

I drink ice cold water and milk. Don't really drink green tea because we don't have it, and as for the other two, never actually heard of them LOL.

I should put my water in the freezer for a bit then. ohmy.gif And I can't drink milk alone, it's too gross for me. sad.gif

My anatomy teacher said that warm/room temp water is actually better to lose weight. I forget why though..

I think orange juice has more calcium than milk also.

ive been drinking lots of ice cold water these days instead of soda. and honestly i can tell my metabolism went up and i lost 3lbs~ not much but its a start... since i need to workout also.
i also drink green tea occasionaly!

I love water. I usually drink about 4 cups of milk a day. But, I hate green tea. It doesnt matter, my metabolism is great right now.

Soy Milk is a good drink. My mom makes me drink it when I'm studying.
