soo. i play tennis. and during tennis season (which is RIGHT when school starts) my abs were pretty fit. it took up so much energy and so all i did during that time was basically practice, eat, and sleep. i would eat A LOT and sleep A LOT in order to get that same amount of energy back.
but now. tennis season is over. but i'm eating the same amount. i guess out of habit. and i've gotten a lot of fat around my lower stomach area. and my hip area. my upper stomach area is pretty much the same.
how do you lose that fat? like exercise wise. i've already cut back on eating sorta.. haha.
