Fats & Carbohydrates! how much should you eat??

Does anyone know how much fats and carbohydrates you should eat in a day??
I always hear people say that some stuff has too much fat in it! but how much is too much? blink.gif
And how much fat should I eat in a single meal?? I dunno anything about this stuff!! sweatingbullets.gif

fats= maximum of 5g per meal

well an average 15 y/o male needs to eat about 11500kj per day
and an average for 15 y/o female needs to eat about 8800kj per day
