I heard that transferring from a UC to another UC is really difficult. Can anyone fill me in with this? Thanks!

it is hard because there isn't really a super strong reason to transfer cause they're both UCs so there's no point since you're already in a good school (well, most of the UCs are considered good anyways). the easiest way to transfer to a UC is from a junior college because it's only two year college so you can continue your education at a four years college. hope that helped..
