lately i've been eating constantly and i need to stop.

anybody know any good ways to suppress appetite?

snack on apples or fruits? yeah it's sugar, I know, but an apple makes me so full :/

brush your teeth with mint flavor (or chew gum with mint or .. anything with MINT smile.gif)

mint makes cravings less for most people

chew gum.. like if u chew it for a long time it stops my cravings... gum doesnt really make u hungry.. lol

^Like the above poster said, drink water. Quite a few people suffer from chronic dehydration, and that thirst for water is often mistaken for hunger.

try not to snack on or eat a lot of empty carbs [rice, crackers, chips, pasta, cookies, etc]. they pack hecka calories and you don't even get full. try to snack on veggies/fruits cuz they lots of water and it might make you fuller. try eating a lil more protein - aka meat - [it makes you fuller].

eat boiled eggs in the mornin and you probably wont crave ne food til dinner time and if you do crave somethin eat food that contains a lot of water such as an apple or watnot and also drink a lot of water
....cuz the music left wit you.

eat more fruit vegetables and drink heaps of water
that happened with me ... i didn't know at first but then i stopped eating all my junk food and loss fat so yeh i was happy

Chewing gum helps a lot...maybe chew between meals or something, it can really help.

If you want to snack on something, snack on fruit, or Special K Cereal bars, they're only 94 calories per bar. smile.gif

But overall, chewing gum is the best.
Can we pretend that airplanes in the night sky are like shooting stars?

eat an oatmeal breakfast.


it keeps you full and suppresses cravings for a while. otherwise, drink TEA and try snacking on carrot sticks/ celery sticks

(did you know celery sticks are "negative" calories? It takes more energy for your body to break it down than what you get from eating it)
