that happened with me ... i didn't know at first but then i stopped eating all my junk food and loss fat so yeh i was happy

If you want to snack on something, snack on fruit, or Special K Cereal bars, they're only 94 calories per bar.
But overall, chewing gum is the best.

it keeps you full and suppresses cravings for a while. otherwise, drink TEA and try snacking on carrot sticks/ celery sticks
(did you know celery sticks are "negative" calories? It takes more energy for your body to break it down than what you get from eating it)
