Spyware... what do you guys use to detect them?

Hey guys & gals! thanks for the anti virus software help...although I haven't downloaded a software via online yet...i will soon!

However, I have one more thing to ask...do yall have any reliable spyware detectors? i'm always afraid spyware is in my computer....thanks a lot!

Spybot S&D + Ad-aware is all you really need.

i used to have spybot and it wasn't helpful...anything else out there?

yeah. i use both of these and i find that i have no problems.
