mount it as a loopback device, like so:
be sure you have correct privileges to mount!
CODE
mount file.bin /mnt/cd -o loop
be sure you have correct privileges to mount!

what is supposed to be in the file? a BIN file is usually a cd image, like an ISO, NRG(nero image)... but a cd image that's only 1kb... sounds very odd.
what is CD image?
you mean like a picture?
i don't get this whatsoever!
can someone help me?
i send you the file, please just open it & tell me what it is.
THANK YOU. PLEASE HELP ME!

Download Alcohol 120%.
Put a blank CD in your CD burner drive.
Open up the software and search for the .bin file.
Double click it.
Then copy it onto the disk, I don't know what it exactly says on the menu but you should be able to find it easily.
All you really need to do is burn the .bin file onto a blank CD. You don't even need Alcohol 120%.
Here's a site that has all the info you need.

Why waste a whole CD-R for 1KB?

Why waste a whole CD-R for 1KB?
Why not use a CD-RW instead?
Anyways, the site I provided tells you what it is and shows how to burn it or whatever.
