Shouldn't it come with a converter?

Anyways, try SUPER.

^ The ZVM comes with a converter, but it doesn't always convert correctly. I find that SUPER program really confusing, and I usually get an error message when I use it, so I use winavi.

For MPEG/AVI files that don't go on your ZVM, check this out:

Download Winavi (you're going to want the crack, I'll pm it to you later if you want it), and follow the restrictions that are in the link before. The main reason why some files don't play on your Zen is because of size or sound playback restrictions. As for .rmvb files, go to http://www.winavi.com/rmvb-converter.htm and try that. I haven't actually tried it yet, but I just found it now. If you have subs though, you're going to have to hardsub the rmvb file, because ZVM's don't support .srt files =)

Hope I helped smile.gif
