I have a samsung Z5, and recently the touchpad stopped working, wel it works but not properly, it can only go down not up. well after many failed attempts to resolve it, i decided the best thing to do is return it. well there is one problem, i cant seem to find the receipt. Am i screwed, or could there be a chance i can still return it or get it fixed?

Any help much appreciated

Oh and also, its still under manufacturers warranty, but i guess the receipt has to prove that :/. And it was purchased from futureshop.

Just email them and ask.

Try to clean it some but other than that i dont htink it matters... Email them.. a lot of times warranty based on the serial number.
