What do you eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner? These days I've been trying to eat as little as possible, but yogurt really doesn't fill my stomach... And for dinner I eat rice, veggies... and I end up eating a lot of meat.
Any suggestions?

breakfast- whatever i can grab in the morning, a piece of toast/bowl of cereal/ an orange/ box of crackers, wahtever gets me out of the house fater
lunch- sushi! =D (if i go to lunardis) or some other fast food joint or i got home and cook myself egss or eat cereal
dinner- if i'm not hungry for veggies- cereal

breakfast: fruit or one of those breakfast bars but sometimes I eat like a bowl of fried rice or a sandwich -- something filling.
lunch: sandwich or just whatever I feel like
dinner: sometimes rice and whatevers on the table.
I think I actually eat more snacks throughout the day. I love those soymilk boxes so I bring those to school. And after school, I'll eat another one of those oat/fruit whatever bars (:
