What's that?

I saw the Honda Fit in China when I was there on vacation. It is called the Jazz there as well as other parts of the country. I thought it was going to do really well but I hardly see them anywhere around here, and there are LOTS of Japanese cars in the Bay Area too.

My cousin owns a fit. Its a nice car. Great looking interior but the ride quality is quite harsh. The suspensions arent what I call great for long rides. You can feel everything on the road even the slightest pot hole and he doesn't even have the sport model with the sports suspension. It doesn't have the punch in power but if you just want an A to B car. Then it is good.

i don't own one.
but one of my friend's mother has one. i've rode in it a few times, took a trip to Toronto in it too. i'd say it's a pretty nice car if all you're looking for is a form of reliable and cheap transportation. the interior cargo space is pretty good, if you fold the rear seats down; you get a huge amount of space for the small car that it is. ride quality is decent, no Lexus luxury comfort and no sports car technology because hey, it is a commuter car after all. the sport model, although i never rode in one; my brother works at a honda dealership and said that it's a peppy little car, and even comes with an LSD

my interpretation on it is that this is Honda's replacement for the Civic. the new(and current) Civic is no longer true to the Civic design. over the nearly 30years that Honda has been building Civics, it has gotten considerably larger with each passing generation and in it's current incarnation; it's much bigger car than Civics were.

on another note, it has the EXACT same power output as an EK Civic DX.

Are you serious? I wonder if that is exclusive to the Canadian market because I thought I saw the specs with no mention of the LSD.

i'm not sure. it very well could be because i know for certain that our sports model get LSD.
it wouldn't surprise me if that was the case though..because way back in the day, our integra gs-r had a b17 while you guys down south had b16.
