As long as you do cardio exercise or any form of exercise consistently and in long term, you should be able to get rid of al unncessary bulges on your body.. I am speaking form experience.. somehow you can see the result but it takes a long time.. no short cut to it blush.gif

^ It's a build-up of fat in the hip area =)

Turbo Jam would do really well for it, but to target that area specifically...Get a weight (I'm not sure which would be comfortable for you, but 8-10 would probably be good) and hold it in one hand, then lean to the side. You will basically be working those specific muscles and will be able to directly target the fat in that area. Then do it on the opposite side. Start off with 2-3 reps of maybe 20 on each side, then keep increasing the number as you get stronger, or increase the weight =)

(We did this in my weight-fit class smile.gif)

i found that using the wave hoop (with the hard things sticking on the inner side) really help in melting off the fat on the sides - that paired with a lots of fruits and veg and not a lot of fat and carbs together with light exercise really helped.

You can target muscles but NOT fat loss in a specific area...smile.gif
