but at the end of last yr..
i had to start walking to the train station, then to school, back to the station then back home...
so all together it would be bout 1 hr and a half of walking..
and after that my legs have gotten slimmer and they're toned..
so i suggest walking or jogging
and up and down the stairs work too.. hehe
but does neone noe how to get rid of muscle in you're legs to make them look even more slimmer??

sretching that works =D liek if you do leg stretches leik 5 in the morning and 5 at night just doign leg stretches it should help

gymnastics aren't bad. they make your legs longer due to the stretching.

oh geez my mom jsut got me in yoga at the Y and the first time ( i did it in jeans cause i dind't have time to go home a change) oh man was it painful xD hopefully it will be better this weekend ;-;
