i know it's early, but i guess it's good to get a good heads start.

so when is your guys` prom?
mine is on may 5, & i'm going with one of my good gay friends, cliff.it's only my junior year, so i wasn't trippin over a date, so instead i just asked him to go with me, cuz i know i'll have fun with him...he's so hilarious.prices go up everyweek, so i want to pay the lowest price instead of waiting for someone to ask me & i was in fear of not getting asked, so i didn't wanna pay the highest price at 'single.'

short or long dress?
i don't know, i like long dresses but i don't wanna spend alot of money.i'd rather just go all out on my senior year.where are some good sites that have nice short dresses that are formal enough for prom?

what's considered too expensive for a dress?
i have nooo idea.how much did you guys pay in the past or ho much are you willing to pay this year?

Me too! I was going to get that dress for the USNA plebe formal but I stopped myself. A lot of girls would have that same dress...

I suggest a shorter dress for prom. I wore a long gown and I couldn't dance so well and I was very annoyed. :]

My prom is on June 7th. I want a long dress....my time to be glamorous to the max haha. It's too expensive if it goes over 400. 500 is pushing it a bit.

well...in my school we don't call it prom we call it the grad dinner dance... or just grad alone.

When:Mine's on May June 1rst.

Short or long: Well since it's going to be in the summer and i assume warm, I might go for a short dress, but then again I'm going on a cruise after.... Long.

What's considered to be expensive: to be honest, i don't know i got my dress for the pictures for 89$

our prom is on april 28... i guess i should start checking out dresses.
but i'm looking for form fitting ones, and ones that aren't too long. i gotta dance somehow!

Short, easier to dance in and there aren't people stepping all over it. I wouldn't mind wearing a long dress if I saw ones that I like but other than that I'm all about the short dresses

People at my school don't really wear long and exaggerated dresses which I guess is part of the reason why I don't really wear anything too fancy, I'm pretty fond of anything short and black though.

EVERYONE should go to prom. if you don't have money now or your parents wont pay for you...find a way to pay for it! Sell something, don't buy stuff, save up, get a job, etc...

When people can spend tons of money on Abercrombie and AE, people should have no problem paying for a prom ticket.

I had a great time during my senior prom. Don't miss it! You'll regret it!

If you don't wanna go because you can't dance - forget about your worries! Its the last time you'll see these people anyway - so go crazy!

After prom we all went to the beach, hooked up with my date (who i later dated for a while), had a crazy time...haha
