OK great everything there looks good. You're not running an overclocked PC and it looks like it's a HP Pavilion and it seems pretty recent so you are under support. However, support probably sucks so I think it's a good idea for us to keep trying to help you

To determine if something is wrong with your HD do the following:
1. Press Start, Choose Run
2. Type cmd.exe
3. A Black window will appear. Enter the code exactly, and then press enter:
chkdsk /f
4. It will ask a question. Type Y and then Enter
5. Type exit, and then Enter
6. Restart your computer. It should do a disk check - do not press any keys until it has finished. If there are issues it should try to fix it.
Before you do anything like that, I would try to back up any important files first.
