ok, me and my friends are going to do a fright night kind of thing and we're gonna tell scary stories and stuff. So i need some help with some good stories that are scary. i'll start off with one that i know. it's not as scary when it's typed though b/c u need the dark atmosphere

oh yea, i'm not sure if this goes in the humor section or general discussion. since it's not really funny i decided to put it into the general discussion. sry if it's in the wrong area.

on a rainy thunder night, a lady is about to go to sleep at 11 o'clock. but then she hears a knock on the door. she goes down and open the door and there's a little girl. the little girl is soaking wet from the rain, she invited her in to dry her off. the lady goes to get a towel for the little girl but when she comes back the girl is gone.

the next night, there's a knock on the door again and there's the same little girl at the door again soaking wet. she invited her in again and get a towel for her and dries her off. the lady askes, where's your parents? are you lost? the girl doesn't reply and the lady ask if she wants a drink, and the little girl nods. she goes and get the drink but when she comes back, the little girl is gone again. but the little girl left her jacket. in the jacket was the girl name, mary, and her address

the next day, the lady decides to go to the address. she knocks on the door and this couple open the door. the lady hands them the jacket and says "your daughter, mary, left this at my house yesterday." then the couple began crying saying that their daughter died two years ago

later that night, it was still a rainy day. there was a knock again and she open the door and there was the little girl. the lady says "you left you jacket yesterday, so you're name is Mary?" no reply from the girl. "i went to the address on the jacket and the ppl there say that mary died two years girl."

finally the girl said "I am dead"

yea, it's suppose to be creepy at the end, but i don't know how to show it by typing. sry for the long post. it's not that scary and that's why i'm asking here for scarier ones. so if you know any, please feel free to comment. greatly appreciated
