i was parallel parked and was trying to get out. the car in front of me was 2 inches from my hood, and i accidentally hit it in the rear. i made a scratch but it was minor. anyways, to make a long story short i just left and didnt write a note or anything. besides, it was in the middle of the street so i had no clue where the car owner was...

Pretty much a hit and run ticket, that's if you're caught.
I think they're like $700? That's what my bro told me, then again he's kinda stupid.

i dont think its such a big deal, esp. if you live in the/a city where you have to parrallel park. little scratches & dings are bound to happen. i know where i live, ppl use the "bump & tap" method of parrallel parking. lol.

yea that was wrong. if i had seen that i would have gotten all your info and went to the cops.
think about it. you walk outside and see your car banged up with no note. that = one pissed off car owner
