my friend is having a major computer problem
and has not had any luck trying to fix it!!!
She asked me for help but i had no clue whatsoever what to do
sooo i offered to post it up in soompi for her because i know there's somebody here that can help!!
Well this is her problem::

i pressed some keys (something like alt/shift/ctl+some arrow) then the screen went blank and it turned everything 90degrees. i tried to restart it and stuff but nothing works

PLEASE HELP!!
