I just installed xp in my computer. (i had them before but i reinstalled it)
and i went to control panel and date, time, language settings and clicked details and tried adding korean..
but Korean wasn't there...?
what can i do to install it?
everytime i go to korean sites, korean is broken.
someone please help!
*i checked the pinned thread and its basically what i did.
but i didn't have korean as one of the option from dropdown options..

Make sure you check that box.

I'm having the same problem and I clicked the box that aaandy said too and the little check box disappeared when I pressed ok and apply. Does anyone know how to fix this?

i checked the box and it asks for like cd rom.
and i put the cd-rom in and it still doesnt work!
gosh, i need ym korean... T___T

What did it say after you put in the cd rom? Don't forget after the files are installed, you must restart your computer.

when i pop the cd rom in
it said that cd is not found or whatever
when its in the drive. i even browsed it to an exact location
and then i click OK doens't work.
so i cnacelled it and it doesnt install dem.
i tried restarting but it doesnt make any difference.

you sure you're pointing to the right drive letter? and are you sure you have a good copy of xp?
theres other alternatives to these fonts..theres an IME like njstar com. although the xp asian fonts is the prefered.

Windows has a faulty right here. You gotta find that particular file that it's asking for in the disc or else the installation wont be complete.

^^ Windows should search for the files.
So when you put in the CD, the location should just be d:/ or whatever your CD drive is labeled. Otherwise if that doesn't work try D:\I386\LANG
