Texting Walkie Talkies Do they exisit?

So i don't have a texting plan and either does my friend. I was wonder if things like texting walkie talkies exisit? You know?

Like with walkie talkie you have to talk into it. but with a texting one you just text. But it just has to be in a certian range. So do they exisit? ANd where can i get one? ph34r.gif biggrin.gif

Yeah, they do. TOYS'R'US had 'em for $15.99USD. They had to be within a 30km distance. Pretty useful if you ask me, although kinda embarassing to carry around.

yea they do exist because when i was a kid there were commercials and stuff for those types of things. just go to a toys store and look for them.
