judging from what you have done in terms of theory and music, i would say don't take it
unless you have perfect pitch/very good music hearing, i suggest you don't take it
i've had 8 years of piano and took level 10 of cm, and the test was still VERY hard for me
(but the curve was generous--i got 4 on hearing, i dont know how, but 5 overall b/c im pretty good at writing 2 part and writing stuff/sightsinging)
^alot of the writing i learned from the class alone, and not CM theory. because the writing is pretty much more advanced than CM theory, it's more like writing bach-esque pieces
on the test-alot of it is hearing, which is very hard for me. you need to be able to hear pentatonic scales (which one), what scale degree notes played are, what chord is played and alot of hard stuff like that. and they only play it a few times for long pieces and like once for some short ones
the theory part isn't bad, just chords and stuff
there's also sight-singing and 2 and 4 part music writing
well you can pm me or whatever if you have any q's
oh and you can also look at the music theory ap guidelines/whats going to be on the test on collegeboard ap central website
oh and, music theory has one of the lowest passing rates
