LM.C is a new visual kei band that started up some time late last year. It's a current project of Aiji (ex-guitarist from Pierrot) on guitar and Maya (formerly known as Maayatan, Miyavi's ex-guitarist) on vocals.
LM.C stands for "Lovely Mocochang," and they're very different from other J-rockers. Their music isn't as dark as most other visual kei bands, but they don't cross the line of oshare kei. Though they've only just released their thrid single, songs we've heard from them already sound very promising and rather refreshing. Songs like "Rock the LM.C" are all together more upbeat and energetic, yet change througout the song from heavier guitar accompanied by Maya's rapping to an almost poppish chorus.
Either way, they're deffinitely worth a try!!
