How Do You Get Thicker Thighs?

Hi, I was just wondering... how do you get thicker thighs? At the height of 5'3, I'm only 95 pounds & my legs are really starting to bug me. I wear size 0 for jeans at Hollister. My legs look really good when it's covered because it looks long and skinny, especially 'cause I love wearing skinny jeans too. But it looks way TOO skinny when I wear skirts/shorts and it just doesn't look pretty to me. I really want to gain more weight on my thighs, & yes, I DO eat a lot, but if I gain any weight, it's on my cheeks, and my cheeks only. Anyone help? :[

i read that biking will make your thighs bigger.

Running (jogging won't work) and biking both make your thighs and calves bigger. Skating also...skating is probably the best way. I envy skinny thighs...

maybe go to the gym and exercise your legs so you can build muscle?

anything that works out your legs
go the gym =]

i was like "WHAT?!" when i read ur title. cuz i wanted THINNER thighs but my thighs are too thick~

work out ur legs. like do any exercise that requires alot of work from ur thighs. gradually it'll build up the muscles there.

Do squats with light dumbells, it'll work your quads and gluts, and slightly gain more muscle mass in your thighs if you never done it before.

I just started working out about a month ago. & I saw a huge difference. I do elliptical and treadclimber. (: If not you can walk for 30 min around the block (:

do squats and leg extensions for your quads and lying leg curls and stiff legged deadlifts for your hammys.

squats with barbells worked for me and i gained 10 lbs of muscle weight in a month and a half.. now all my jeans that were loose before fit me to a tee ^^

also, i drank protein shakes before and after work out so that helped me a lot..

If you want the quick & unhealthy weight you should eat lots of fatty foods (pizza, chicken, etc.) That's how mine got bigger. sleep.gif

The better way is to gain muscles. Hit the gym, do squats, SPRINT (seriously makes your thighs thicker), etc.

I find that sitting at the computer posting on Soompi for hours on end and eating carne asada burritos gives me pretty big thighs. But you get a big butt to go along with it too.
