I don't think you're "screwed" but I think it'd be really hard for you to get into Cal. :/

If I were you I would look into schools such as UCSD or UC Irvine.

UC Berkeley (I hate calling it Cal) I'm not sure is incredibly well known for its architecture program (personally I hate how the building looks). I wonder if there are any additional prerequisites such as a portfolio that you need to submit before being admitted for architecture.

Your grades are - as mentioned earlier - a bit lagging. The two C's sting a bit. You haven't said anything about your current grades right now. If they are similar to your sophomore grades, then you might take the cake and make it in.

^ yep. he's right. only sophomore and junior grades do.

but colleges definitely like to see an "upward trend" in you're grades so it's DEF good that you've pulled yourself up. just make sure to keep it that way and not drop into a pit senior year. otherwise i wouldn't say you don't have a chance @ cal. i mean. with all that extra stuff you do to add to it.

Freshman grades do count but from what I am seeing, the classes you are taking are a bit worrying. Even though you are getting good grades in those classes, only one AP is kinda on the low end especially for junior year.

Don't make any predictions until your SATs come in on April.

i'm ranked 50 out of 781 and i definitely have doubts about myself too, so i can see why you're worrying. :X
your grades have improved a lot ever since freshman year...that's good! colleges love to see progress and you definitely did that.
but remember that the average GPA of admitted berkeley students are way above the 4.0 mark, so you probably need to toughen up this semester and get a higher GPA. if that doesn't work, i'd say study your a** off for SATs because those reflect a lot about you (to them, anyway)

good luck!

however, you're a pretty active person out of school too. i don't know, maybe UCLA will love you >D you gotta consider other options too, right?
