I am planning to purchase one of these models to use in the coming months. Anyone have any opinions on this? (If you own one)

It would be my first sharp phone, but I find their 900 series very appealing.

Here are some photos

Many would say it is too large and bulky but it is literally the best camera <-> phone combination, so it comes with a setback.

I thought about getting it but I ended up getting a Sony Ericsson W900i. The phone's pretty outdated though.

it's got great functions!

my friend got the red one when it first came out and she's still using it. its pretty expensive for a phone but you definitely get what you paid for!

It's been out for about a year... I'd say it's outdated but maybe that's just me.

word . hahahah, iphone is outdated and overrated

Truly though, the 903 is a great phone. Its camera takes such high quality pictures, functions is great as well. and over all the phone is beautiful. Even since its been out for a year , still looks great. I wouldnt say its outdated quite yet

A whole lot sexier than a lot of the phones available in the US. The swiveling feature will definitely catch some glimpses from others.

some of the functions, i.e. internet and games, don't work after getting the phone unlocked... (like mine). But maybe those functions will work if you join a vodafone network?

The phone looks good, camera is great, only down side is the volume of the ringtone. It is very low, compared to other phones.

Also, internal memory is only 8MB. So if you're getting it, then it's better to get at least a 1GB mini sd card if you are going to use it as an mp3 player, and take a lot of pictures. happy.gif

perhaps you're mixing up the words outdated and old. outdated means that the technology is obsolete.

if you want the internet and mms settings to work you'll just have to search and find the settings. I have a vodafone, bought it last May, but mines a Toshiba 803t. Still good, although I'm getting bored with it, want teh 910T ahhhhh

i bought it july last year and i'm still using it 'till now... =)

i love everything so far... for instance the picture quality and the voice clarity are superb!!!

however the internet is a problem.. the unlocked versions don't allow you to download stuff like java games because they're not from the vodafone jpn wap sites..... =(

it's a pretty nifty and good techie phone and a good camera! downside is it's a bit thicker than most clamshells.

I have the white one~~

Well it really depends on which version you have.. there are a total of 5-6 versions: japan, taiwan (official version and unofficial version), hk, and europe (and i think there is a china one? not too sure)
I own the taiwan unofficial version, so it supports mp3 ringtones~

the phone -__- is just really good.

I got it when it first came out in HK, for about $5500 HKD (around 800CAD?) but I got the $500 remote control too so I thought it was okay~
