you should check out the "what i made today" thread...i think it has some mousse cakes in there. if you are looking for a recipe--check out foodnetwork.com i think gale gand might have a couple good recipes or maybe the barefoot contessa personally, i think i don't have enough skills to make one of these, but i want to try one day
