Can someone suggest a prgram to me that can make an MP3 file smaller without changing the sound quality?
Because I really don't want to upload a 10 MB song on my MP3, since it's low on Memory and stuff ._.;;
Thanks in advance! ^w^

I don't really think there is a way to do that, unless you change the format of the file, like from mp3 to ogg. I heard ogg and wma have better sound quality for the amount of memory you use compared to mp3. Just download a converter [google mp3 converter or something]. The problem is, some mp3 players [like iPod] don't recognize ogg and wma files... You could just compress the mp3 file into a smaller file but the sound quality will change [however I highly doubt you'll notice it unless it's really significant, like from 10mb to 1mb].
