Saigon [South VN] 's accent is the best xD haha... since i'm from South... i shud be a bit proud xD hahahaha.... but yea... i can speak in different accent.... i love speaking with Hue accent though... it's sooo cool.. i wanna learn more and Hanoi-an accent is pretty cool too.. i can speak it very well.. not fluently.. but well enuff hehe

I think because they're natural. Most of the singers from Paris by Night have had plastic surgery and you can REALLY tell, and I think they over do the make up sometimes.... and most male singers are gay =_=

I don't know why people keep commenting how unVietnamese they look, they all have some traits of Vietnamese. In Hanoi, you see plenty of people with Northeast Asian looks but they're 100% Vietnamese..

Hue accent is very unique... if you know about it and when u hear it, u can recognize right away... ^^ whereas sometimes tieng Bac and tieng Nam kinda mix together... my friend is a Nam person but she has the Bac accent.. not so Bac though.. only a lil unless a person with heavy Bac accent speaks.. then yea.... it's unique too... .... something cool: cursing in tieng Bac sounds a bit mean yet funny xD.. tat comedian Hoai Linh guy usually uses the Bac accent to speak/curse... it is soooo funny xD haha

i agree. you can never mistake hue accent. it's just so unique. all the members in my family (from my dad's side to my mom's side), they are all from hue. yet im not. that's why i cant speak in a hue accent, no matter how hard i tried. but it's just funny to see others' expression when they hear somebody talks in hue accent. they're just like " huh? what they say?" lol. it's just funny. it's all vietnamese yet, noone understands it.

Haha yeah it is hard to understand the Hue accent, but I guess it depends who you usually hang around with? If you hang around with more of the North etc, you'll probably talk more Northish.
But yeah, I know a girl, she's from the North but she hangs around with all the South so she talks three quarters nam, one quarter bac.

And yeah, I'll have to start get used to listening to Bac & Hue accents soon because my VCE exams are coming up and the majority of the examiners are Bac & Hue and they talk super duper fast =.=' I hope I survive and gosh, I am so off topic.
