Hahah i know right, i've seen way hotter guys in Texas. Honestly, about 90% of girls and guys pics that posted in here are just average in my eyes . But Andy stand out quite a bit. As for the rest, i think they're ok. I've seen way hotter/prettier viet guys and gals but they dont really care about the whole net idol thing. I would post some pics to demonstrate but a lot of my schoolmates go to soompi so i dont want to appear like a stalker haha.

I kinda agree! I don't go out that much, but when I do, I usually see a good-looking Viet guy somewhere. But that only happens when I go to other cities like Garland, Dallas, or Houston. In the smaller city I live in, there's not that many cute/hot Viet guys. There's not even that many Viet guys in general.

Most of ppl's pics here are the ones that are pretty popular around Viet community in the internet... like if you have a myspace, more than 1000 friends would count as a net idol... or ur pics are wide spread in well-known viet forums or stuff like tat.... or you have to be famous in blog 360, more than 200 friends and more than 1000ish comments [not including spams]...

doughnut, Vivian basically said it all, and the people who do post photos of themselves are finalist of the Viet Ulzzang Contest so I guess they would also be considered Viet Net Idols. As well as that, if we suddenly have one person posting their photos up just because they think they look good, that would encourage other users to do the same. And then when we tell them not to post their photos, they would straight out tell us that another user posted their photos up and complain to us that it's unfair. So by doing that, I'm just trying to prevent any future arguments & also, I don't want people to use this thread to gain popularity in Soompi when they can do that in the 411. It would be just too messy and confusing. Hopefully that cleared things up for you I'll probably PM her after I finish this post.

IF you all must know to verify a degree of beauty... LeeNa was here a while back on soompi. In fact, many people in 411 have complimented on her beauty.. and they're not just bs-ing. She's been in numerous fahsion shows.. in ao dais, if i remember correctly from her previous posts. You guys have no legit reasons to downgrade a member like that, and set standards for others like bim bim. You might not like her and don't consider her this Ul--bs... but she is certainly much more than half of the photos posted on this page and the entire thread.

btw.. who decides who's a viet net idol? a small bunch of people who assumes they have such authority? Are those who voted, vietnamese? how do you define a viet idol?...there's no such thing a standard vietnamese internet beauty... and if enough peope say she is... that's enough for her to be in this thread....and as far as i see... there are certainly more than 2 in this forum.

She is pretty & gorgeous and I sent her a PM telling her that as well, but the whole issue is about people posting photos of themselves, not about her herself. If you read my explanation earliar then it would explain why I asked her to remove her photo. But I won't repeat myself. And honestly, if she posted up her photos in the 411 section, I think many Soompi members would notice her and maybe someone would even post her photo in here. I think there a bit of double-standards in this thread...like when sidney posted pics of her friend no-one said anything, but just as someone unknown to the thread posts something that may be below their standards of what a viet idol should be, the complaints start coming in. Sorry if i offended anyone, just my opinion =)
