Clubbox Won't Download. doesn't start downloading...

When I click to start downloading a tvshow, the little box comes up, but it's BLANKIWHITE..
I think it' smy connection problem..
Right now it's on "automatic dectect settings" but it's still NOT WORKING FOR ME.
Can anyone help me??
What's wrong?
About a month ago I was able to download, but not now..

I'm not sure if those are the right directions because I haven't messed with the options in IE for a LONG time. I'm pretty sure it is tho. I'm also too lazy to click on the blue e

Try reinstalling Clubbox and also make sure you don't have a software firewall (like Window's Firewall, Zonealarm, Kerio, Norton Security etc etc) blocking clubbox from working.

but how do I uninstall the previous one?
Can i just install this on top of what i have?
Try reinstalling Clubbox and also make sure you don't have a software firewall (like Window's Firewall, Zonealarm, Kerio, Norton Security etc etc) blocking clubbox from working.

Edit: Eventhough IMO it's unneccesary for Clubbox, if you do want to uninstall it first then just go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. Scroll down to Clubbox then click the button to uninstall it.
If it still doesn't work then check your firewall settings as suggested in my previous post.

Usually when it doesn't download, it either means the file is really old.

you know when you click to download a tvshow forexample, some small box pops up and then it asks you to click to download==> that page is TOTALLY BLANK...

i sometimes get that 0% for hours too but sooner or later it starts downloading
i just let it run overnight wake up in the morning and a few of the files are completed

SEE, I WENT TO CONTROL PANEL, AND IT DOESN'T HAVE THE PROGRAM CLUBBOX... I'M NOT SURE IF ITS STILL OKAY TO UPGRADE IT TO THE NEW VERSION...
