Just wanted to say FIGHTING! YOU CAN DO IT!
I know it's difficult to keep up a workout schedule or eat "good" foods compared to the yummy junkfood.
And I know how hard it is when you've worked your ass off but you don't see any results. That's the worst~
But just think that it took (blank) many years to become the way you are, and it's not going to go away in a matter of a few days or weeks, or maybe even months. Give it time and patience, and we'll all be looking HOT before you know, hehe.
Oh, and also, it's good to follow advice of others and use online info and what not, but do what's right for YOU.
Every person's body is different, so eating 6 small meals a day might not work for you, but maybe for your friend.
Cutting down on junkfood may not be enough, maybe you have to exercise more. Whatever it may be, find what's good for you and stick with it. Don't think because it worked for someone else it's going to work for you, and then be disappointed with the results (or non-results).
