What kind of jobs can you get if I decide to major in Biology?
I really want to major in Biology because I'm planning to go to medical school and become a Pediatrician.
I'm scared that I might get really stressed and decide not to go to med school.
So if that happens, what would I do with my biology major? I hope it won't be useless...

I'm planning on majoring in biology...and becoming a pediatrician.

I was wondering that for a while, too. (Just in case I decide I don't want to go to medical school)
Job options depend on what kind of biology (or concentration) you are studying.

-Research (big one for me, don't know if it will be for you)
-Epidemiology (one of my passions)
-Public health

Edit:
Here's a list for you.

I have to hand it to you for trying to major in Biology.
I'm taking AP Biology right now and I hate it so much.

^ Really? I liked AP Bio. But then, we read a lot of current research articles about practically everything under the sun, and the class was run as a student-run seminar. I thought the AP Test wasn't bad, too, and the SAT II is incredibly easy.

Anyway, I'm planning to major in Biology and become a veterinarian if I end up going to one of the schools that doesn't have a Pre-vet or Pre-med major. I don't think I'd mind doing research like I've been doing this year for a living, though, either.

Also remember, though, that Biology majors often require various math, chemistry, and physics classes, so you're prepared for a lot of different jobs, I think, without having to totally shift gears.
Hey, look! Finally a different signature after all these years!

in my opinion high school biology and college biology is completely different. i loved bio in hs and disliked it here at college. thats why i changed it from my major -> minor.

also, be aware that science majors will probably spend the most time in class compared to other majors. except for maybe architecture and some fine arts majors.
