Hopefully a thread like this hasn't already been started. If so I'm sorry!
Does the GNC Women's Hair, Skin & Nails Formula really work? And how much of an improvement did you see after using it? I have very brittle nails.. and my skin isn't all too great either. >.<
Also, has/is anyone taking Saeng Shik? Any thoughts on it? And lastly do you think I'll be overdosing on vitamins by having those two together? lol I dont want to go out and buy it only to find out it doesn't really do anything for you. I tend to skip a lot of my morning and lunch meals so I pig out in the evening a lot.

BRTC Jasmine Water BB Cream SPF 30 for sale, 50$ (includes shipping). US only, bought from softpeachy, got too tan for this, otherwise I would use it. I've used it three times (i was trying to be optimistic about the color thing) only. PM me! I'll take paypal or concealed cash.

GNC is good
got high ranking on drugstore.com

I havent finished a bottle, but I notice my nails are stronger, they havent broken or chipped for awhile
Hair, I dont know, I dont see any difference
I dont know about skin, because I've no problem on that area.

both my mom and i take the hair skin and nails formula...my mom's story:
-she used to bite her nails A LOT...so much that my dad was always complaining about it...and after about a month...her nails got a lot stronger so she wouldnt even bother biting them ("they're too hard to bite!")...
-me...well, i dont take it as directed...only occasionally >_< lol...but my mom's story is awesome
btw if you're wondering what the magical ingredient is...is the biotin (2500 mg with each serving)...
note: the pills can be kind of big (if you've taken nyquil or dayquil...its almost about that size)...and it isnt coated with anything really...so it tastes like crap for a second (before you swallow it)
