My taskbar won't show up unless I have a special bar like a language bar or a Quick Launch or whatever which is fine, but then the whole taskbar consists of that and I don't have any room for like when I open new windows..
I tried to move the language bar to the side so that I can see all the windows that I've opened but then it doesn't move.
Do you guys understand what I'm saying.. Ehhh. I'm kinda frustrated.. PLEASE HELP..

have you tried configuring your task bar settings? posting a screenshot of your desktop might held scrutinize your problem a bit better

Possible problems could be that it is auto-hiding or that you have the quick launch set to a larger space than it needs (usually it displays only 3 icons). Try resizing that down if it isn't in the right size.
Also sometimes when you use a program in full-screen the taskbar will disappear on you after you exit full-screen. A simple reboot (and possibly loggin off and on) could fix it.
^ Hope those worked for you

Right click on the Taskbar when you can see it, and make sure 'Lock Taskbar' isn't checked.
Having that setting checked will prevent you from being able to adjust the size and shape of the taskbar and its contents.
Your cursor will turn into a two headed arrow whenever you roll over a part of the bar you can adjust.
