Hi everyone, I take the SATs this Saturday. Can you give some advise in how to spend these last days before the test?
Should I review some more vocab? do some math problems? read some books?
Much Help needed! Also, i keep hearing that this test wil be harder. Is that true?

have you been studying recently? honestly if you haven't studied until now it's pretty much pointless... i studied for almost a year on the sat's [little bits at a time but frequently] and even so i didn't do awesomely well. anyway i suppose you can try to make up for lost time by getting a prep book [10 real sats is the best] and just do a lot of practice tests to get a feel for the real thing. also study vocab. good luck.

With only a few days left, the most useful thing to do is take practice tests to get comfortable and learn how to pace yourself.
And maybe read magazines like The Economist, to get comfortable with dense readings like that

i basically started studying four days before the test.
well, it's not studying -- it was taking four practice tests.
then i remember the night before the saturday, i pritned out summaries/characters/etc of 3 different novels (the great gatsby, scarlet letter, and my favorite, dracula lol) the first two can be used in any essay (sort of), whereas dracula cannot be, but i like it
good luck!

Practice is the best way to prepare. if you take the test at home so often that its like drinking water, you should be comfortable takin the test.. and being comfotrable really can up your score
