To tell you the truth, I'm so bad at stretching well let's say I'm not flexible. Hmm Hey You're from washington?! What part?

streatching isn't always easy but if you slowly try o_o and you'll grow your flexibility just stretch right after your cardio =)
here was this video i saw once called yoga for teh inflexible O_O

Try doing some pilates to make your legs more slim.

- STRETCH. It doesn't matter if you're not flexible. Stretching will loosen up your muscles so they don't look as bulky. For thighs, I'd say do lunges, calf-muscle stretches, and the thing where you grab your foot in the back with an arm and pull.
- Swimming- really helps tone and distribute things evenly
- Yoga/pilates- same concept as the stretching
What you need to avoid:
- Sudden spurts of running (short sprints)- this will make your thighs larger.

yeap i agree. my sisters thighs are like that .. she's a cheerleader .. and contrary to popular beliefs it's an intense sport.

Yoga makes you more flexible.
Pilates tones your muscles (makes them longer/leaner)
