And I swear walking home has never been so hard!
i'm not even on my period or anything!
gosh
what suggestions do you have to relieve cramps?
i know many girls like to take Advil, Motrin, Aspirin, Ibruprofen..etc..etc
others put on a heated pad at home..
for myself, my aunt showed me this. there are these pads..more like stickers..but anyways you stick them on wherever it hurts..its for your muscles..and it helps..they're called Salonpas..but at school..i dont have any of these things and it was so hard to keep in the pain

you can buy salonpas patches or icy hot patches and put them on wherever you have a cramp and underneath your clothes.
you can just bring the box of patches to school in your bag.
altho i have to say when i have a muscle cramp icy hot isnt really that great.
i think for menstrual cramps you should simply use heat pads. they sell em at a market.
um if you mean like regular cramps
you shouldnt get random severe cramps outta no where where u cant even walk, that sounds quite serious
see a doctor.
IF its like a charlie horse, severe muscle cramp in your leg?
thats normally caused by dehydration, mineral deficiency (potassium or magnesium), also calcium.
although it normally doesnt happen when you're awake. it normally happens when you're sleeping
normally the pain of the cramp is so severe it'll hurt for a few days to even wks afterwards.
i used to get em all the time while i was sleeping.
waking up screaming bloody murder and clutching your leg is not good.
you can drink water, gatorade, milk things to "restore" those minerals and ions into your body

^^ that can mean that she'll be starting her period soon. maybe.
i put a warm patch on my tummy.
if you dont have a warm patch, fill a water bottle up with warm water and put it
on your tummy. that helps me.
sometimes those meds dont work on me and i just suffer.....
but it helps my state of mind. i guess.
dont drink caffeine. drink water so your body washes out good.
and doing set ups before a period helps your tummy get use to the cramps.

Anyway, I used to struggle with REALLY bad cramps before. I had them to the point where I couldn't even get out of bed because my entire body was concentrated on that one pain. I researched a bit and learned that exercising (especially doing yoga), drinking lots of water, and getting a good amount of sleep help. Aside from that, I also learned that cramps lessen as you get older. These days, I still get cramps... but they're not half as bad. I just pop in an Aleve and do a bit of dancing/exercise to relieve the pain. I also hear that heating pads and warm baths work well too, but I've never really tried. I found my relief, I guess :]

I feel ur pain!!!
i just wait through it. the best timing is when it starts before i go to sleep and ends in the morning... then i don't feel it.
but then- we can't time the biological clock. ugh. =/

But here are some tips:
Heating Pads ( they work well )
Avoid eating/drinking sour and cold things
Take warm baths
If nothing works, I say make yourself fall asleep .... agaga
