aww , sorry to hear that .
hope your mom is okay ^^
i think if this happens again ,
you should make her lie down on the floor with a blanket under because her bed might be cushiony ,
and hard , flat sufaces keep your back in good shape and structure for a stronger spine .
do that very slowly to reduce the pain .
give her some medicine like pain killers so she won't feel much pain when she's transporting to the hospital .
for home procedures ,
slowly lie her down on the floor ,
give her some medicine and call for an
ambulance or call your brothers and sisters to help .
hope i helped ^^

Tuffcore : that was stupid and unnecessary >.>

I think you should take her to one of those Chinese bone something place, my dad had the same problem and he goes there, they fixed it .

*sigh* tough crowd today...

Basically, the best remedy is a back massage. Find the cramped muscles on her back and rub it loose.
1) Get a hot towel and cover the cramped spot for 5 minutes to prime the tensed muscle area.
2) Now, either by using a ball or the palms of the hands, massage the tensed area for 10-minutes.
3) Finally, finish off with an ice pack over the area that was just massaged and ice it for 5-minutes.

This should do the trick.
